Article Icon 1Spanberger Reveals Economic Plan

Former Rep. Abigail Spanberger, the Democratic candidate for governor, unveiled a three-part economic proposal during a campaign stop in Suffolk.

The plan focuses on expanding workforce development, increasing business investment, and enhancing trade. Spanberger said she wants to concentrate on “growing Virginia’s economy and creating job opportunities for Virginians across every corner of the Commonwealth.

The former congresswoman also hinted she’d consider maintaining some policies enacted by outgoing Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin, such as tying economic development grants to housing initiatives.

In response, a spokesperson for Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears wrote, “It takes a special kind of hubris for Abigail Spendberger (sic) to tell Virginians how she is going to make our economy strong when she is responsible for rising prices, crippling regulations, and the worst inflation in 40 years.

When the bank tried to retrieve her laptop computer, Martin sent an email saying, “Sorry to inform you, she has passed away.

Martin is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 20.

Pet groomer Kevin Malik Sanders was charged with a felony and four misdemeanors for allegedly killing one dog and abusing four others.

Sanders was working at the boarding facility Your Dog’s Best Friends in Del Ray when he was arrested. “I was not aware of any incidents of abuse and they were never brought to my attention,” owner Paul Haire said.

A former employee tipped off the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria about the alleged abuses, leading to a search warrant that provided authorities with more than 600 hours of video footage of the facility.

Sanders is being held without bail.

What if you could reduce the appearance of wrinkles, smooth out cellulite, and promote stronger hair, skin, and nails by adding two simple scoops to your morning coffee?

It’s not just a dream. It’s what thousands of women over 40 are now experiencing thanks to Sculpt Nation’s Multi-Collagen Protein Powder—a 5-in-1 anti-aging blend made from premium sources of Types I, II, and III collagen, horsetail fern, and bamboo extract.

Collagen is your body’s natural building block for skin elasticity, hair strength, and joint health. But after age 30, collagen production plummets, leading to sagging skin, brittle nails, and thinning hair.

This unflavored formula makes it effortless to support your skin, joints, and hair from within. There are no pills or fancy treatments, just two scoops mixed into your favorite beverage, hot or cold. You won’t taste a thing, but you may start feeling the difference in as little as two weeks.
