Question: Who drafted the Fairfax Resolves?

Answer: George Mason. The document was revised with assistance from George Washington in the summer of 1774. It insisted that British colonists in North America had certain fundamental constitutional rights, and it called for the colonies to unite to defend those rights from British authority.
