Article Icon 1Spanberger Wants a Say on UVA

Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger sent a letter to University of Virginia officials requesting that they pause the search for a new president until she is sworn in and can appoint new members to the Board of Visitors.

Spanberger stated that the current board, which includes five members not approved by the General Assembly, has lost the confidence of the university community. That “is reflected in the numerous votes of no confidence from both the faculty senate and the student council,” she wrote.

Former President Jim Ryan resigned in June under pressure from the Trump administration. The university has since reached an agreement with the Justice Department to provide quarterly compliance reports through 2028.

Spanberger, herself a UVA grad, plans to make Board appointments shortly after her inauguration in January.

Virginia Mobile ID, a digital tool unveiled by the state DMV this week, can now be used in select locations that require personal identification.

Anyone with a Virginia driver’s license or ID card can download the app. Mobile ID will be accepted by State Police, DMV customer service centers, 250 TSA checkpoints, and some liquor stores.

The service enables users to control what information they share. “When you’re tapping to verify your age, all that your device is telling the other device is it says yes, this person is over 18 or yes, this person is over 21,” DMV Commissioner Gerald Lackey said. “It’s not giving your exact birthdate.

Virginia is the first state in the nation to offer a digital ID that’s accepted in place of a physical ID in multiple locations.

Article Icon 1A Passport to Virginia History

The Virginia 250 Passport is now available at historical sites across the Commonwealth.

The initiative is a collaboration among the Virginia Museum of History & Culture (VMHC), Colonial Williamsburg, Mount Vernon, Monticello, and the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, among others. It encourages people to travel the Commonwealth over the next year and visit historical sites.

America’s 250th anniversary is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to come together, reflect on our shared past, and recommit ourselves to the continued progress of our nation,” said Jamie Bosket, President and CEO of the VMHC.

From the founding of our nation to the promise of its future, it all began right here in Virginia,” said Gov. Glenn Youngkin.

This critical minerals stock is NYSE-ready

The US set aside billions to secure the minerals that power EVs, missile defense systems, and grid-scale battery storage.

But while most companies are years away from increasing supply, M2i Global ($MTWO) is already producing real results. They’re planning to bring mineral processing back to America with the federal government’s help. How?

By combining abandoned mine revitalization, recycled metals, and public-private partnerships. And that’s just the start.

They are also leading the charge to build a US Critical Minerals Reserve to be headquartered at the Hawthorne Army Depot.

Their mission aligns with sweeping 2025 federal policies aimed at restoring U.S. supply, including recent U.S. government investments in private sector critical mineral companies such as Trilogy and MP Materials.

They even just completed a reverse takeover that allows a planned New York Stock Exchange uplist.

Best of all? You can lock in the current valuation and earn up to 20% bonus stock if you invest by Nov. 19.

National security isn’t just about winning wars—it’s about minerals.

Currently, the U.S. is dangerously behind. Over 80% of our critical minerals are sourced or processed overseas, many in nations that don’t have our interests in mind.

Washington knows the risk. Earlier this year, the White House enacted aggressive measures under Section 232 to reassert control over American mineral production and processing.

But here’s the challenge: building new mines is slow, expensive, and politically charged.

That’s where M2i Global offers a breakthrough.

Their model focuses on strategic partnerships worldwide, including those with allied nations, to build a secure supply chain—unlocking new value through innovative technology, the smarter use of resources, and collaborations that meet today’s industrial and national security needs.

For investors, the entry point remains early—just $0.18/share, with the potential for up to a 20% bonus in equity, but only until Nov. 19.
