The Flyover Funding Round is Closing

We want to share this with Flyover readers directly.

Our current investment round is closing next month, and we believe it will fill. More than 60% is already subscribed, and once it’s closed, this opportunity will be gone.

That’s why we are making a strong end-of-year push, because we’d love to welcome as many Flyover reader-owners as possible before the end of 2025.

An End-of-Year Bonus for Readers

To make that easier, we’re extending our bonus shares through the New Year:

  • +10% End-of-Year Bonus Shares
  • +5% Reader Bonus Shares
15% total bonus shares, with additional bonuses available for larger investments

This bonus is available only while shares remain and is part of this year-end push.

What Early Investors Have Already Made Possible

Reader-owners have helped The Flyover truly take off in 2025:

  • Over $3.1 million invested
  • More than 2,100 investors
  • Reader growth from ~1.5M to 3.6M+ in one year
  • 73% year-over-year revenue growth
  • 88% year-over-year gross profit growth
  • Podcast launched from zero to nearly 500,000 monthly views and listens

That growth wasn’t accidental. It came from readers stepping up and backing a different kind of media company.

Why This Matters

Legacy media is losing trust, audience, and relevance—doubling down on bias, spin, and click-driven outrage.

The Flyover is doing the opposite.

In 2025, we put legacy media on notice—by creating one of the fastest-growing fact-first, common-sense news sources in America for those who are tired of being lectured to and manipulated.

If you believe news should inform, not inflame…

If The Flyover has become part of your daily routine…

If you want to help build the alternative millions are looking for…

Today is your opportunity to become an owner before the end of the year and before this round closes next month.

The University of Virginia promoted from within by naming its business school’s dean as its next president. Scott Beardsley has led UVA’s Darden School since 2015. The president’s job has been vacant since June, when Jim Ryan resigned under pressure from the Trump administration.

This decision follows a comprehensive, five-month search process led by the Special Committee on the Nomination of a President that engaged extensively with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other members of the UVA community,” the school’s Board of Visitors announced

At least 70 protesters turned out to oppose the choice, including members of the United Campus Workers and American Association of University Professors, along with State Delegate Katrina Callsen.

The Board of Visitors has deliberately and continuously ignored calls from every corner of the Commonwealth to pause the search process until the Board’s membership is at full strength,” Callsen said in a statement.

Marvin Morales-Ortez, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, was released from jail one day before he allegedly killed his roommate last week.

The Department of Homeland Security directly blamed county officials. “There is blood on the hands of Fairfax County politicians for pushing policies that released this illegal alien from jail and onto the streets of Virginia,” Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said.

However, Fairfax County Sheriff Stacey Kincaid said federal agents didn’t take action. “ICE was aware of Morales-Ortez’s incarceration and elected not to seek a judicial warrant to ensure he remained in custody.”

A county judge dismissed a misdemeanor firearms charge and a felony malicious assault charge against Morales-Ortez on Dec. 16 when the alleged victim failed to appear in court.

Article Icon 1Spanberger Announces Her Priorities

Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger unveiled 17 bills she will introduce as soon as the new legislative session begins in January. She said the measures are aimed at helping to reduce health care, energy, and housing costs.

It is clear that we cannot accept the status quo when it comes to the high cost of living,” Spanberger said during a joint appearance with legislative Democrats.

Spanberger’s Affordable Virginia Agenda was rolled out one day after outgoing Gov. Glenn Youngkin released a draft budget that also focused on reducing the cost of living in the Commonwealth.

The incoming governor said she also plans to support some proposals suggested by Democratic legislators, such as eliminating additional fees on premiums, like banning extra insurance charges for tobacco users.

But according to Dr. Steven Gundry, a leading cardiothoracic surgeon and researcher with over 300 published breakthroughs, granola is “deceptively marketed” and filled with something he calls “digestive disruptors.”
