Three Days Left in 2025… And Three Reasons to Invest

No. 1: 2025 Matters

We’re entering the final three days of the year.

Our current investment round is closing next month, and once it’s closed, this opportunity will be gone. If you’ve been on the sidelines—thinking about investing, meaning to act, waiting for the “right moment”—2025 is that moment.

Three days left in 2025. One last chance to decide before the year turns.

No. 2: Bonus Shares Are Expiring

Right now, new investors receive:

  • +15% bonus shares
  • Even more for larger investments

These bonus shares are part of our end-of-year push—and they expire in just a few days. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

If you’ve been considering ownership, these are the most favorable terms we’re offering before this round closes.

No. 3: If Not You—Then Who?

There’s a quote often attributed to Edmund Burke:

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

Legacy media isn’t failing by accident. It’s failing because too many celebrity “journalists” chase clicks, outrage, and push agendas instead of facts and common sense. And too many good people tuned out, assuming someone else would fix it.

The Flyover exists because we chose a different path:

  • Facts over spin
  • Reporting over celebrity status
  • Common sense over political agendas

But a better form of journalism doesn’t survive on good intentions alone. It survives because readers step forward—not just to read, but to build and own something better.

As 2025 comes to a close, this is a moment to act—not later, not next year, not when it’s easier.

If you believe Americans deserve a better way to consume the news…
If you believe truth still matters…
If you believe doing nothing is no longer an option…

Take action and make a difference—invest in The Flyover today

Three days left in 2025.
This round closes next month.
Now is the moment.

Dominion Energy filed a pre-Christmas lawsuit after the Trump administration imposed a stop-work order against its Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) project. The company requested that a judge immediately block the order issued by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management that suspended all offshore construction activity on CVOW.

CVOW is essential to meeting our customers’ needs,” a company spokesman said. “Delaying the project will lead to increased costs for customers and threaten long-term grid reliability.

U.S. Rep. Jen Kiggans also criticized the suspension. “This new directive will negatively affect Hampton Roads, thousands of workers, and the amount of energy that can be produced. It will also undermine military readiness,” the Republican warned.

Dominion stated that the delay costs the company $5 million per day. A U.S. district court judge will hear arguments about the case today.

Article Icon 1Family Sues Over Alleged Bug Bites

Members of a Roanoke family sued Delta Air Lines and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, claiming that they were bitten by bedbugs while on a flight to Serbia earlier this year.

The four people affected flew from Roanoke-Blacksburg to Atlanta without incident, but reported being attacked by the bugs on the next leg of their transatlantic voyage.

During the flight, everyone in the Albuquerque family was bitten multiple times by the bugs that had infested the plane’s cabin,” the lawsuit claims. Family members added that they were forced to throw away some of their clothing because of the incident.

The family is seeking $200,000 in compensation.

Article Icon 1Cavs Cap Successful Season

The University of Virginia football team earned its 11th win of the season, the team’s most ever, with a 13-7 victory over Missouri in the Gator Bowl on Saturday.

The Cavaliers survived a late rally by the SEC’s Tigers, who threw two incomplete passes into the end zone in the final seconds. The ending was fitting for a team that came to be known as the “Cardiac Cavs.”

Head coach Tony Elliott didn’t spend long savoring the win before adding that next season is already underway in Charlottesville. “That’s the reality, right, of where we’re trying to evolve to as a program, is that it’s always about what’s next, it’s always about the process,” Elliott said.

Quarterback Chandler Morris, who transferred in for this season, has used up his eligibility but is seeking a waiver that would allow him to play again for UVA next season.
